What is the process to book an appointment?

Have your phone, tablet or computer available at the time of the appointment. 

Join through the secure video call, that is HIPAA compliant. 

After the appointment, your medication will be electronically sent to the pharmacy. 

 

What limitations do you help patients overcome?

We address significant patient frustrations like limited access to care in rural areas, difficulties getting to a provider due to functional capabilities or lack of transportation, the need for convenience, balancing health needs with having children at home, and the overall cost of healthcare.

Can I be treated if I am not from here?

Yes, as long as you are physically present in the state where the provider is licensed to practice and can be seen virtually or inperson.

According to Health and Human Services, telehealth is the use of electronic information and telecommunications such as video, phone or messaging to connect with healthcare provider.

 

What if I cannot be treated on a telehealth platform?

In the event that we cannot treat on a virtual platform, we will provide a referral for transfer to a higher level of care such as urgent care or emergency room.
