1. Lack of accessibility to primary and urgent care especially in remote areas of Florida due to the nation's largest projected physician shortage with primary care gaps in 66 of 67 counties. 
2. Disparities in rural areas to include the panhandle area where there are fewer than 10 physicians per 10,000 residents.
3. Prolonged wait times for appointments 

In the Panhandle area, patients have reported it takes months to get a primary care appointment to receive preventative services such as mammograms and annual labs to maintain health.
